EPICENTRE’s new QuickExtract™ Bacterial DNA Extraction kit provides a simple method for extracting DNA from Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria for PCR, restriction digests, pulsed-field gel electrophoresis, and optical mapping.
The single-tube system incorporates Ready-Lyse™ Lysozyme (included), a proven reagent with 200-fold higher specific activity than egg-white lysozyme. The kit is free of toxic, organic solvents and is suitable for high-throughput workflows.
