Biotium, in collaboration with AlleLogic Biosciences Corp, have developed EvaGreen as a superior fluorescent DNA stain for quantitative real-time PCR (qPCR). EvaGreen is truly a remarkable dye in many aspects with very little PCR inhibition and extremely bright fluorescence.
